Description of problem:

Using opc results list commands like taskrun list or pipelineruns list -A results in cryptic or non-informative error messages:

• For an existing taskrun name:

  opc results taskrun list buildah-run-clone-git-repo
  Error: client error: 404 page not found (code: 404)

   
   
  This implies the resource is missing, but does not clarify whether the config is invalid, the name is not found, or something else is wrong.

• For pipelineruns with -A:

  opc results pipelineruns list -A
  Error: client error: {"code":3, "message":"name must match (^[a-z0-9_-]{1,63})/results/([a-z0-9_-]{1,63}$)"} (code: 400)
