Description of problem:

The OpenShift Pipelines Console Plugin does not work correctly from Pipelines Operator Version 1.18.x (which has results-api enabled by default).
 

Workaround: 

Currently client is using Pipelines operator 1.17 where they are not encountering this issue however they have clusters where OpenShift Pipelines operator v 1.18 is present and this is where they are stuck. 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

OpenShift Pipelines Operator v 1.18 

Steps to Reproduce

From the UI Menu item -> "Pipelines -> Pipelines" and -> "Pipelines -> Overview" 
are not Working, as soon as the Console Plugin is enabled ("Refresh Web Console") 

Actual results:

The Pipelines and Overview menu does not load the details. 

Expected results:

The Pipelines and Overview menu should load the details of the pipelines.
