Description of problem:

Pipelines page loading issue in 1.19

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using 1.19 build install openshift-pipelines operator & enable console-plugin
2. Create a new namespace and add few pipeline files in that namespace
3. Navigate to pipelines menu > Pipelines page

Actual results:

Pipelines page loading for long time and not displaying any pipelines

Expected results:

Pipelines should be displayed and be able to trigger pipelineRuns
