Description of problem:

Tektonhub  RHEL9 version of the pipelines-hub-api image  does not include git package. This package was included in RHEL8 version of the  pipelines-hub-api image. 

Workaround: 

Currently client have to use RHEL8 version of the  pipelines-hub-api image as it includes git package. 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Openshift pipelines operator 
Tektonhub CR

Actual results:

RHEL9 version of the pipelines-hub-api image does not include git package which causes this error at runtime:

 "git/git.go:63","msg":"Failed to pull origin: exec: \"git\": executable file not found in $PATH","service":"git","name":"git"}

Expected results:

RHEL9 version of pipelines-hub-api image should include git package.
