Enable enum feature
        I would like to use the enum feature on integration test scenarios. From the official documentation seems like the only working CM is the one created within the "tekton-pipelines" namespace: https://tekton.dev/docs/pipelines/additional-configs/#configuring-cloudevents-notifications

Is there a way to enable the feature only for our tenant? :slightly_smiling_face: cc @jlanda
