When a task fails to load, the whole pipeline run fails, but all the statuses on Github are shown as green check marks, which might be confusing to users that are trying to troubleshoot the issue. See the attached screenshot for an example of how it looks like

A suggestion to make it clearer is to add a new line with the task that failed to load, and a red cross indicating failure.
