Description of problem:

if there are no Pipeline, PipelineRuns or Repositories, the empty message wrt each resource in the respective list pages is not aligned properly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Pipelines Opeator
2. Enable Dynamic plugin
3. Go to Pipelines list page

Actual results:

Space is not there in any side of "No Pipelines found" message

Expected results:

The empty message text should be properly aligned
