Show screenshots in the Pipelines Output UI

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When running testing steps in OpenShift Pipelines using Selenium or Cypress, these steps often return a screenshot as an output. At the moment, this screenshot needs to be extracted from the output and there is no integration into the OpenShift Console.

This feature request asks for a feature that will show a screenshot output in the OpenShift UI when such an output / artifact is available.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer is migrating from Jenkins to Tekton and is looking to provide an equivalent user experience with OpenShift Pipelines.
