As a QE, I want to make debugging easier.

Background (Required)

s2i tests generate a lot of pipelineruns and sometimes some of them fail. When I login to the cluster and open the namespace with e.g. s2i-nodejs pipeline runs, I will see 10+ runs but I don't know which version of Node.js failed.

Approach (Required)

Add image stream tag to the pipeline run name
