Story (Required)

We no longer need anything related to interop testing in plumbing repo.

Background (Required)

In the past, we used to get a notification/request to start interop tests, we created a cluster and ran tests. Afterwards, we sent an UMB message back to the interop team with results.

Now, everything is handled by interop tests team in OpenShift CI so we no longer need anything in plumbing repo.

Approach (Required)

1. Remove all tasks, pipelines, pipelineruns, cronjobs, eventlisteners, triggertemplates etc with interop in its name
2. remove parameter IS_INTEROP from pipelines
