Description of problem:

At present, the console plugin doesn't pass an Authorization token to results API.

This leads to failure when auth is enabled.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

 1. Create a Tekton Result CR with auth enabled.

2.  Console plugin will stop giving data for non admin users.
