This includes the tenant information but not the application information. Thus the URL that is linked to for the pipeline run is

The links would load significantly faster, and with less redirects/overhead if it linked directly to the application such as: 
https://console.redhat.com/application-pipeline/workspaces/rh-subs-watch/applications/rhsm-subscriptions/pipelineruns/swatch-metrics-hbi-on-pull-request-rqfgg
