We need to make sure we test our project on top of openshift (and openshift-pipelines) as well as upstream tekton.

There is two options:

• Using crc/microshift on a GitHub workflow
• Using openshift-ci (aka openshift/release)

If we can make the GitHub workflow option, it would be better (costs less, easier to maintain, …)
