Description of problem:

Implemented Pipeline results to get the Pipelines overview page. Under Overview for Pipelines in OpenShift Console  the list view based on pipeline names is incorrect and fails loading details in cases where a pipelinerun was tagged with the run name as pipeline name.

But this issue will persist in all supported versions for Results and Overview page.
