Description of problem:

In the OpenShift Console an error is showing up  when viewing the PipelineRuns that belong to a Repository. 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

OCP: 4.14.31

Openshift Pipelines operator: 1.15.1

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the OpenShift Console in Developer View -> Click the Repositories Tab -> Open a Repository -> Open the PipelineRuns Tab

Actual results:

Repositories Tab is showing following error :

Description:
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'startsWith')

Expected results:

Repositories Tab  should show PipelineRuns details
