Purpose of this story is to, add various test to check for support of StepAction & more so, git-clone stepAction in task-git repo which is part of ecosystem. 

Goal

• add tests to check stepActions ( git-clone )
• add more tests to check remaining tasks that weren't addressed as part of the below Jira issue.
