1. remove 1.12 and 1.13
2. add 1.16
3. operator version is 0.72
4. check other versions in https://github.com/tektoncd/operator/blob/release-v0.72.x/components.yaml
5. for each entry, check that the branch exists in upstream repository
6. check if tutorial tests are in 1.14 branch of release-tests, if yes create a story to remove "tutorial" field from this file and from code
