Description of problem:

storage class option disappears in pipelinerun start page when the dynamic plugin is enabled

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install 1.15.x version of Openshift Pipelines

Steps to Reproduce

• Enable dynamic plugin
• Refresh the page after 2 seconds
• Create a pipeline with workspace
• Click on start pipeline
• In the workspaces dropdown, select volumeClaimTemplate
• Click on Show VolumeClaimTemplate options

Actual results:

The StorageClass dropdown is missing ** 

Expected results:

The StorageClass dropdown should be present
