Description of problem:

If tekton results is installed, in metics tab in pipeline/repository details page, y-axis is fixed to 5m and if the average duration is greater than 5m, it is not showing the reading(Added the screenshot)

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

 1. Install pipelines operator and install tekton results
 2. Create a Pipeline and make sure PLR duration is greater than 5 minutes
 3. Check metrics tab

Actual results:

y-axis value is fixed to 5 minutes

Expected results:

y-axis value should vary depending on maximum average duration
