Description of problem:

If the console plugin is enabled and the user selects the Edit Pipeline option on the details page redirect the users to Pipeline YAML page instead of Pipeline builder page

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Pipeline
2. Navigate to the Pipeline details page
3. Select the Edit Pipeline option from the Actions menu

Actual results:

Navigate the user to the YAML page of the Pipeline

Expected results:

Should navigate the user to the Pipeline Builder page
