Description of problem:

The OpenShift Pipelines Operator is expected to list all previous versions available for selection or reference. However, some versions are missing from the list.

Workaround:

To list all versions of the OpenShift Pipelines Operator, select the specific channel associated with the missing versions. This should display all the versions available within that channel.

• Navigate to the OpenShift console.
• Go to the Operators section and select the Pipelines Operator.
• Check the available versions listed for the Pipelines Operator.

Actual results:

Some previous versions of the OpenShift Pipelines Operator are not displayed in the list.

Expected results:

All previous versions of the OpenShift Pipelines Operator should be displayed in the list
