As a QE trying to fix the acceptance-tests pipeline I want to fix the tfa classifer task

Background (Required)

1. The classifier URLs have been updated  and that needs to be updated in the task
2. The task is currently running as root and its causing issues in installing the python package
3. The team that maintains reportportal has suggested us to use any other admin account instead of superadmin account as they are planning to remove it from all the instances because of security reasons. This needs to be addressed

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

1. The classifier URL should be updated
2. The task should not run as root
3. Do not use superadmin account of reportportal
