As a QE trying to update the installation test I want to add a step that verifies the manual approval gate deployment

Background (Required)

As a part of Openshift Pipelines operator installation test, we install the manual approval gate as well but the current test does not cover the manual approval deployment verification step.

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• A step which verifies the installation of the operator should be present in the installation test
• The commit is cherry-picked to 1.15 branch in release-tests repo
