jib-maven failing on OpenShift 4.16

      Description of problem:

      jib-maven cluster tasks doesn't work on OpenShift 4.16

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Pipelines 1.15.0
      OpenShift 4.16

      Steps to Reproduce

       # install Pipelines operator on OpenShift 4.16

      1. create and run a pipeline using jib-maven, e.g. https://github.com/openshift-pipelines/release-tests/blob/master/testdata/v1/clustertask/pipelines/jib-maven.yaml

       

      Actual results:

      Failed to execute goal com.google.cloud.tools:jib-maven-plugin:3.4.3:build (default-cli) on project console-java-simple: Build image failed, perhaps you should make sure your credentials for 'image-registry.openshift-image-registry.svc:5000/releasetest-qxhgc/jib-maven' are set up correctly. See https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/jib/blob/master/docs/faq.md#what-should-i-do-when-the-registry-responds-with-unauthorized for help: Unauthorized for image-registry.openshift-image-registry.svc:5000/releasetest-qxhgc/jib-maven: 405 Method Not Allowed
