Action Items

• Investigate why there's taskrun in pending state.
• Try to rerun the test to validate the pipelines controllers behavior.
• Plot the workqueue depth, signed finished (or similar metric) to get any relation on the increase in workqueue depth. We discussed that, the increase is most likely caused by chains adding attestation back to PR/TR from Pipeline Controller.
