Description of problem:

When user tries to add tasks which are hosted on e.g. artifact hub, the UI shows only subset of available tasks.
E.g. task located here https://github.com/openshift-pipelines/tektoncd-catalog/tree/p/tasks/create-vm-from-manifest is not available for adding via pipeline builder UI - see picture

However the https://github.com/openshift-pipelines/tektoncd-catalog/tree/p/tasks/cleanup-vm is available to add via UI - see picture

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

OpenShift Pipelines 1.14.4
OCP version 4.16.0-0.nightly-2024-06-07-024651

Steps to Reproduce

1) open pipeline builder UI
2) click on Add Task
3) write `create-vm-from-manifest`
4) see empty result list

Actual results:

pipeline builder does not return correct list of available remote tasks

Expected results:

pipeline builder returns correct list of available remote tasks
