Customer is in process of disabling cluster tasks in their Tekton clusters.
After disabling ClusterTasks they have observed that the pipeline builder is not functioning properly.

End customer has requested to enable the pipeline builder for creating pipelines through the UI as it is easier for them.
As pipeline builder relies on cluster tasks, but since they have disabled cluster tasks, users are unable to use the pipeline builders even if they create tasks in the namespace.

Since pipelines can be created through the UI, most of our team is requesting that feature.
