Add WIF support for tekton results

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

WIF support on tekton results for api and watcher deployment to utilise the GCP resources for database and buckets.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

If we create results CR, which creates Tekton result installer-set carries api and watcher deployments, there is no projected serviceaccount token specification in api and watcher deployment.

Based on Tekton results openshift docs looks like GCP credentials which we create as secrets has private key involved, we would like use WIF so that it will authenticated to GCP using Kubernetes service accounts and impersonate as GCP service account to use GCP resources.
