We would like to install repository objects in organization level instead of repo level.

            Pipeline as code repository object installation in org level instead of repo level.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
            This feature is needed to simply the usage of pipeline as code feature.

             It is not affecting any functionality right now, it is a feature request.
