    Description

      Story (Required)

As a Pipelines team member trying to deliver features for Bitbucket I want to have a publicly available (outside of VPN) instance that I can use.

      Background (Required)

We used to have a Bitbucket instance on https://bitbucket.ospqa.com/, probably hosted in PSI, but this instance shows two warnings

      • Your license has expired. Users will not be able to push code to repositories hosted on Bitbucket Purchase a license
      • Your current license is for Bitbucket Data Center, which does not support H2 1.3.176 You should migrate to a supported database. Migrate your database

Maybe it would be possible to just upgrade this instance, check with Koustav and Chmouel if it really needs to be outside of VPN

      Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

      • Bitbucket runs
      • license is configured
      • testing accounts and testing orgs/repos are created
      • at least minimal documentation about the instance exists (e.g. on https://dashboard.apps.cicd.ospqa.com/)
