Story (Required)

As a cluster admin trying to deploy Pipeline Service I want Tekton Results deployed via the openshift pipelines operator

Background (Required)

OSP is starting to include results in 1.11, but it is a TP 0.5.x version, which is way to old for our purposes.

Out of scope

• Disabling of our current downstream repo for results is a separate item

Approach (Required)

• Need to work with operator team to allow all the current configurations (S3, routes, etc.) are configurable
• Need to work with operator team to make sure they are at the correct release level / commit level we current access in our downstream fork

Dependencies

The minimal version we need is 0.7, which the OSP is not yet providing.

Acceptance Criteria  (Mandatory)

• move to OSP providing results in pipeline-service, stage, prod

Done Checklist

• Code is completed, reviewed, documented and checked in
• Unit and integration test automation have been delivered and running cleanly in continuous integration/staging/canary environment
• Continuous Delivery pipeline(s) is able to proceed with new code included
• Customer facing documentation, API docs etc. are produced/updated, reviewed and published
• Acceptance criteria are met
