As a QE trying to fix s2i tests, I want to replace the test repos used for s2i python and s2i nodejs tests.

Background (Required)

The s2i nodejs and s2i python tests are failing frequently on 4.15 because of some issue with the repo itself. 

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• s2i python test should use a simple repo
• s2i nodjes test should use a simple repo
