Pipelines as Code watcher crash when multiple github apps is used

Description of problem:

When multiple github apps installed on multiple controllers, the pac watcher would crash on high concurrency with a nilerror

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

Run TestGithubPullRequestConcurrency from pac e2e-tests suite and observer the namespace where the test run if pipelinerunpending is there and that the watcher has a go crash in there
