Component versions in the operator page are not up-to-date for the OSP nightly version

Description of problem:

Installed new nightly version of OSP - openshift-pipelines-operator-bundle-container-v5.0-54. On the "operator details" page the version appears as 5.0.5-223 (as expected). The component versions though are quite old:

Components
Tekton Pipelines: v0.50.1
Tekton Triggers: v0.25.0
Pipelines as Code: 0.20.0
Tekton Chains: v0.17.0
Tekton Hub (tech-preview): v1.14.0
Tekton Results (tech-preview): v0.7.0

Compared with the official released version 1.13.1 where the component versions are
