      We currently only support GitOps comments for Push requests on GitHub, leaving out support for other providers.

      This story aims to enhance GitOps workflows for GitLab Push requests, ensuring consistency across GitLab for both Merge Requests (MR) and Push requests, similar to GitHub's pull_request and push functionalities.
