Disable triggring acceptance-tests pipeline for 5.0 builds

Background (Required)

We are testing 1.14.0 and we are getting builds for both 1.14.0 and 5.0, which triggers acceptance-tests pipeline and it is difficult to debug failures. And it also creates many AWS clusters which increases the expenses. It is better to disable the triggering of acceptance-tests pipeline pipeline for 5.0 builds until we release 1.14.0

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• mirror-operator-images pipelinerun should get triggered for both 5.0 and 1.14.0 builds
• acceptance-tests pipelinerun should get triggered only for the 1.14.0 builds
