Openshift Pipelines operator upgrade from 1.13.1 to 1.14.0 is failing

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Openshift Pipelines operator 1.13.1
2. Create pipelines and triggers resources
3. Create a new catalog source with the 1.14.0 index image
4. Update the subscription to use the new catalog source

Actual results:

Operator upgrade is failing with the error
