Description of problem:

while running RELEASE-TESTS-VERSIONS, trigger expected version v0.26.1 has got installed, but test is failing and excepting v0.25 version

Steps to Reproduce

1.  Install pipelines operator
2. Run RELEASE-TESTS-VERSIONS tests via cicd pipeline

Actual results:

Failed Step: Check version of component "triggers"
        Specification: specs/versions.spec:12
        Error Message: The triggers has an unexpected version: v0.26.1
        , expected: v0.25

Expected results:

version should match with installed triggers version v0.26.1
