As a QE trying to automate operator installation test I want update the operator installation test to check dynamic plugin installerset

Background (Required)

From Openshift Pipelines 1.14.0, dynamic plugin will be part of operator and this should be validated as part of operator installation test.

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)
