Enable and analyse upstream Operator test failures

Background (Required)

Currently, the operator upstream tests are not enabled as part of acceptance tests. We need to enable it and analyse the failures if any.

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• Enable upstream operator tests on acceptance-tests pipeline
• Analyse the failures and create a story to fix the test failures
