Create PAC pipeline to create and push CI images to quay automatically

Background (Required)

Currently, when we create a new branch in release-tests repo, we manually create CI image and push it to quay. This can be automated by creating a pipeline which gets triggered when a new branch is created.

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• PAC pipeline is created and it is present in the .tekton folder
