We need to be able to answer the following questions : How are/can be our supported Tekton resources (tasks, pipeline, …) be delivered to our customers.

• Which medium to use (hub resolvers, git resolvers, oci images, …) ?
• What integration in OpenShift Pipelines ?
• Airgapped support ?
• How to deliver new versions?

We need to come up with different approaches to achieve this. Once a approach is finalised, we need to implement.
