Tekton Hub API: sercurecookie: hash key is not set

Description of problem:

While doing verification of Hub with login, once we click on GitHub Sign in button getting message as "sercurecookie: hash key is not set"

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1.  Install Pipelines 1.13.0 operator
2.  Follow these steps for hub with login verification https://github.com/tektoncd/operator/blob/main/docs/TektonHub.md#2-with-login-and-rating
3.   Open auth, api, ui url on browser

Actual results:

Getting this message on browser

sercurecookie: hash key is not set

Expected results:

Should able to login Hub UI with GitHub
