      Summary of the issue:

      What triage steps have been taken so far?:

      I changed Priority as High because it will be deleted within 2 hours. I already saw this issue many times today.

      Operator Subscription

      It looks that openshift-pipelines operator is installed successfully on OCP console
      However, the operator was not installed properly.
