Unable to add SCC configuration in tektonconfig

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install the latest build of Openshift Pipelines 1.12.0 https://artifacts.ospqa.com/builds/1.12.0/575135-4.12/

Steps to Reproduce

• Run oc edit tektonconfig config
• Add the configuration given in this example

Actual results:

The configurations are not getting updated

Expected results:

The configurations should get updated
