Many of customers who provide Tekton as a service to end users, have their end users onboarded to namspaces as teams. Each team will be assigned to a namespace and the team will have their own storage bucket. The responsibility of deciding retention policies of logs is also given to those teams.

Hence, Tekton Results should allow users to configure storage bucket configuration for logs for each namespace.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users will be able configure storage bucket for each namespace.
• Each storage bucket will have different credential, especially short term token support. Hence results should be mindful of that.
• Users should be able to configure different retention policy for each bucket, hence results should prune the logs accordingly.
• Finally, the relational DB (external or internal) should be in sync with each storage bucket.
