Epic Goal

Enhance the must-gather image to provide as much as information as we can.
This also encapsulate extra tool to analyze must-gather output to more quickly be able to identify problems.

Why is this important?

Make it easier and quicker to analyze must-gather from customer (and support engineer).

• Insight rules (https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/ccx/ccx-rules-ocp/-/tree/master)
• Be able to quickly identify (through script or …) where the bottleneck are
