Description of problem:

Finally task is not executed when pipeline run failed in middle of runs. Refer screenshot attached and failed pipeline yaml.

Steps to Reproduce

 1. start a pipeline. send some incorrect value let it fail.

Actual results:

finally is not getting executed. 

Expected results:

Finally should be executed irrespective of fail, pass.
