      As part of the 'OpenShift Pipelines Product Baseline Assessment Session' on June 15th, 2023, as a team we all [voted on our team's comfort across a range of agile practices.

      For the items which scored lowest, all teams have been asked to open stories have been opened to track discussion and improvements. This is one of those stories.

      Problem statement:

      • We are getting feedback from customers, and we are working towards that- There is no feedback loop on revenue. We are simply an add ons service, or bundled with something we do not know and no direct feedback loop on revenue point on time. Layered products , we are and we are relying on OpenShift We are also looking at success metrics. We need a better way to reflect how we contribute to Open Shift revenue. The higher scores came from the fact that decisions are coming from customer experience/customer focus.
