Problem statement:

• We have the vision/mission but it is not documented anywhere. We are iterating our goal during sprint planning but it is not documented anywhere. The immediate priorties are clear and PM shares the roadmap for the team , what customers are looking for- this is great. But we can improve on adding some structure on this as a one place we can see- vision/mission
